Villa Bizzi is an ancient manor house dating back to the XVI-XVII century located in a little corner of Umbrian paradise. It once belonged to the Nicasi Dari family who were noble landowners of that time. The image of the heraldic shields of the family, consisting of two shields and a crown, can be seen over the main entrance door to the Villa.
Villa Bizzi is located on a hilltop with panoramic views in every direction and boasts a park of about 700 square meters with numerous century-old trees and 3 hectares of land where wild boar roam and the nightingale sings to you in the morning.
Villa Bizzi was completely renovated in 2001.The main house has 980 sq m habitable space. There are 2 living rooms with fireplaces, a kitchen, bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a Chapel room used for weddings. In addition, there are 10 apartments, each equipped with a living room, kitchen or kitchenette. There are balconies, terraces, cellars, and a beautiful swimming pool.
